About

Short

UI/UX designer and front-end developer in Gothenburg with ten years of experience. I take interfaces from concept to code, and make sure what gets built matches the design, holds up in use and is accessible. Lately I have worked on interface design and interaction for larger organisations, with a focus on structure, tokens, reuse and ways of working that keep Figma and the interface in sync.

Dev

JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS. React, Astro, Next, Vue 3, React Native and Swift. Component libraries in Storybook, Vite, REST and GraphQL. Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA and the Swedish DOS law, tested with VoiceOver and axe. Unit and component tests with Jest, end-to-end tests with Playwright.

Released as open source:

  • Lantern: session status for Claude Code, right above the Dock.
  • LocalhostBar: a macOS menu bar app that lists everything listening on localhost, and shuts it down.
UI/UX

Figma: wireframes, prototypes, design systems, final UI, variables and tokens. User flows, information architecture and UX copy. Design systems with structure, governance and sync between Figma and code through Code Connect and Figma MCP. Adobe Creative Suite and self-hosted Penpot.

AI

AI-assisted development as part of everyday work, with models from Anthropic and OpenAI: custom subagents, hooks and MCP servers. Local models for work where data must not leave the machine: LLMs through Ollama and TensorFold, and image generation with quantised models through stable-diffusion.cpp and Qwen-Image.

Side project:

  • techmaxxing.io: a curated AI news feed that rates each story by its likely impact on jobs, with model releases, trending repos and AI exposure by role.
